Terms & Conditions
Governing industrial contracts and use of company resources.
1. Product Warranty and Liability
Emmkay Industries warrants that all manufactured goods will conform to the mutually agreed-upon specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of **12 months** from the date of shipment. Liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of non-conforming goods.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Any designs, tools, or molds developed by Emmkay Industries during the fulfillment of an order remain the **sole property** of Emmkay Industries unless a separate written agreement grants transfer of IP rights. Client-provided designs remain the IP of the client.
3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or any order, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai.
